Shipping policy

Product turnaround:

 Current order processing time - Up to 15 working days during busy periods. This does not include shipping time.

Average order is shipped within 4-7 days.

 

Missing or damaged orders:

Please contact us no later than 30 days from the shipped date. After this time, we are unable to investigate any claims of missing or damaged parcels.
